摘要
为了防止大面积停电事故的发生,分析了国内外几起大面积停电事故发展机理,研究了智能变电站防止大面积停电事故措施.通过改进现有后备保护,判断故障和过负荷二者的电气差异,确定了过负荷识别算法,利用智能变电站信息共享特点,与自动装置协同配合完成减载策略.通过PSCAD/MATLAB仿真分析,验证了该措施正确、有效,并探讨了智能变电站防止大面积停电事故的高级功能应用,完成了核心逻辑节点建模,以及防止大面积停电措施在智能变电站的实现方式,为智能变电站的发展具有现实推广意义.
In order to prevent the occurrence of large-scale blackouts, analyzing the development mechanism of domestic and foreign several blackouts, studying the measures to prevent large-scale blackouts on intelligent substa- tion. By improving backup protection existed, determining the electrical difference between fault and overload, and determined the algorithm of overload recognition, then using the features of information sharing ion intelligent sub- station to complete load shedding with automatic equipment. With the analysis of PSCAD/MATLAB, test the meas- ure correctly and effectively, and discusses the application of advanced features on intelligent substation to prevent blackouts, determine The core logic nodes and the way of the realization intelligent substation, has a great signifi- cance for the promotion of the development of intelligent substation.
