摘要
目的观察电子档案式随访对初始胰岛素治疗患者知识水平的影响。方法选取140例门诊初始胰岛素治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各70例。干预组予以为期12周的电子档案式随访;对照组予以常规随访。结果干预组糖尿病知识明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子档案式随访能提高初始基础胰岛素治疗患者的知识。
Objective To observe the electronic file type follow-up on the knowledge of patients with initial insulin therapy. Methods Selected 140 patients with initial insulin therapy outpatient service as the research object, and randomly divided into intervention group.The control group (n = 70).Intervention group give electronic file type for 12 weeks follow-up;The control group routine follow-up. Results Dia- betes knowledge intervention group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Electronic file type follow-up can improve basic insulin therapy in patients with knowledge for the first time.
