对母婴同室护士母乳喂养咨询技巧的认知调查和分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的调查母婴同室护士对母乳喂养咨询技巧的认知情况,为制定针对性的培训计划提供依据,提高母乳喂养指导质量,提高母乳喂养成功率。方法采用中国疾病预防控制中心妇幼保健中心“母乳喂养咨询师培训班”培训班前问卷对某三甲专科医院母婴同室29名护士进行母乳喂养咨询技巧知识的认知情况的问卷调查,问卷包括一般资料、母乳喂养的基础知识、母乳喂养技巧、母乳营养、母乳喂养咨询技巧4部分内容,原始问卷每部分有5~10道题按照回答问题的正确率进行比较。结果共发放问卷29份,回收有效问卷29份,有效回收率为100%;母婴同室护士母乳喂养咨询技巧培训率55.17%,母乳喂养的基础知识正确率为78.32%、母乳喂养技巧正确率为81.15%、母乳营养正确率为55.17%、母乳喂养咨询技巧正确率为71.72%;是否参加母乳喂养咨询技巧知识培训对于母乳喂养基础知识正确率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),不同文化程度、职称对母乳喂养咨询技巧知识正确率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同学历、文化程度、职称对于母乳喂养基础知识、母乳喂养技巧、母乳营养知识正确率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);是否参加母乳喂养咨询技巧知识培训对于母乳喂养技,丐、母乳营养、母乳喂养咨询技巧知识正确率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。母婴区工作年限与相关知识认知无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论母婴同室护士对母乳喂养咨询技巧认知程度较低.应制定针对性的培训方案,加强母乳喂养营养知识、咨询师专业咨询技巧知识培训,提高护士对孕产妇母乳喂养指导水平.促进母乳喂养成功。 Objective Investigate the cognition of breastfeeding consulting skill for nurses in rooming in ward, and get the basis for making a specific training plan,improving the quality of breastfeeding deraction , and improving the success rate. Methods 29 nurses in a special hos- pital completed a questionnaire of training course of beastfeeding counselor of disease prevention and control and maternal and health care cen- ter .The questionnaire include general information, basic knowledge of breastfeeding, skill of breastfeeding,nutrition of breast milk and breast- feeding consulting skill.Then comparing the correct answer fill rate. Results Give out 29 questionnaires,and get back 29 effective question- naires.The recovery is 100%.There are 55.17% nurses have been trained regarde breastfeeding consulting skiU. The correct rate of basic knowledge of breasffeeding is 78.32%. The correct rate of skill of breastfeeding is 81.15%. The correct rate of nutrition of breast milk is 55. 17%. The correct rate of breastfeeding consulting skill is 71.72%.Whether nurses have been trained for breasffeeding consulting skill had sta- tistical and significant differences in basic knowledge of breasffeeding .The nurses with different educational backgrounds and professional ti- tales had statistical and significant differences in skill of breasffeeding. The nurses with different educational backgrounds and professional ti- tales did not had statistical and significant differences in basic knowledge of breasffeeding, skill of breasffeeding and nutrition of breast milk. Conclusion The nurses in rooming in ward have a low level of cognition of breastfeeding consulting skill. To improve the ability of direct breastfeeding and success rate of breastfeeding, we should make a specific training scheme and reinforce on training regarde breastfeeding nu- tritional knowledge and consulting skill.
