颈动脉内膜剥脱术的围手术期护理
摘要
总结了58例行颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者围手术期的护理体会,主要措施为绝大多数病例均采用全麻,几乎所有病例均采用转流管维持脑部供血,剥离颈动脉斑块。认为颈动脉内膜剥脱术对预防和治疗缺血性脑卒中是安全有效的。
