摘要
基于ADINA有限元软件,以15×104m3大型立式储罐为研究对象,建立了立式储罐环墙滚动隔震体系有限元分析模型,运用Newmark数值积分法,对水平地震激励作用下的隔震储罐进行了减震效应分析。结果表明:环墙滚动隔震装置可以有效降低立式储罐的地震响应,减震率达到25%以上。环墙滚动隔震装置具有降低储罐不均匀沉降和减震双重作用,建议推广应用。
Base on the ADINA finite element software,taking 15 × 10^4m^3 large vertical storage tanks as the research object,we build the finite element analysis model of the vertical storage tanks ring wall isolation system. Then we conduct dampening effect analysis to isolation tank under horizontal seismic excitation using Newmark numerical integral method. The results show that the ring wall rolling isolation device can effectively reduce seismic response of the vertical tank,damping rate above 25%. Ring wall rolling isolation device have effect on reducing uneven settlement of the tank and shock absorption,recommending application.
