Deepening Research on the Mode of University-enterprise Cooperation to Cultivate Engineering Postgraduates

从如何制定专业硕士研究生的培养计划、实行双导师制、完成课程学习和实践教学环节、依托横纵向科研联合项目完成论文工作、创建校企联合培养基地等环节探讨了工程专业硕士研究生校企联合培养模式的有效实施途径。随着工程专业硕士研究生校企联合培养模式的深入研究和实践,可为企业培养急需的人才,增强企业技术创新和竞争能力;同时也可提高和改善高校教师队伍的素质,促进高校教师更直接地面对企业遇到的实际问题来开展教学和科研工作。

In this paper,the effective approaches for the cultivation mode of school- enterprise cooperation for the engineering postgraduates are discussed through training program of engineering graduate,implementing dual tutorial,finishing the courses and practice teaching,writing the paper basic on the research projects and establishing the base of school- enterprise cooperation. The deepening research about the training mode of school- enterprise cooperation for engineering graduate is not only training the needing talents in order to enhance technology innovation and competitiveness of enterprise but also enhancing and improving the teacher＇s quality,promoting the teaching and research for the teacher in order to resolve the practical problems from enterprise and inject unlimited vitality for the development of school.
