摘要
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology （MIIT for short） released ＂Notice on 2015 tndustrial Transformation and Upgrading Key Project Name-list＂ （hereinafter referred to as the ＂Notice＂） on July 27. According to the ＂Notice＂, three kinds of key tasks are involved including demonstration of intelligence and digitization for rare earth production, high-performance rare earth functional materials and devices, as well as rare earth Industrial ＆ technological platform.
