《伤寒杂病论》经方特殊溶媒考述

Research on Special Solvents in Classical Prescriptions in Shanghan Zabing Lun(Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,伤寒杂病论)

《伤寒杂病论》共载经方300余首,所载特殊溶媒近30种。对经方中的特殊溶媒做了系统的总结,并对其中典型的特殊溶媒,如麻沸汤、沸汤、热汤、甘澜水、清酒、白酒、酒、苦酒、白饮、浆水、醋浆水、清浆水、麦粥、大麦粥汁、小麦汁、蜜进行了相关的考证及经方应用情况的梳理,进而探讨其功效及应用规律,旨在完善对经方的认识,以期对中医临床有所启发。

There were more than 300 classical prescriptions in Shanghan Zabing Lun （Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases, 伤寒杂病论 ） in which nearly 30 special solvents recorded. The author made a systemic summary of special solvents in classical prescriptions, did relevant research on typical special solvents, including mafeitang （hot water to be boiling）, boiling water, hot water, worked water, sake, white spirit, liquor, bitter wine, rice water, serofluid, vinegar serofluid, clean serofluid, burgoo, barley porridge succus, wheat succus and honey, and investigated classical prescriptions applications, to study their effect and application regulation, aiming at impro- ving the understanding of classical prescriptions and providing stimulation for Chinese Medicine clinic practice.
