枕下中线锁孔入路手术治疗血管母细胞瘤

摘要 血管母细胞瘤是发源于血管基质细胞的血管源性良性肿瘤（WHOI级），占颅内肿瘤的0．9％～3．5％，占后颅窝肿瘤的10％；表现类型包括实质型、实质一囊性型、全囊性型，其中65％～75％的血管母细胞瘤表现为全囊性，
