中医益肺灸法治疗肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病60例

Treating 60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in TCM

目的:观察中医益肺灸法配合西药治疗与单纯西药治疗对肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将60例中医辨证属肺肾气虚型的慢性阻塞性肺病患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组采用中医益肺灸法及西医常规治疗,中医益肺灸的部位选取从大椎到腰俞之间的督脉,在督脉上隔生姜泥用督灸粉进行艾灸;对照组单纯采用西医治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者肺功能、血气分析及生活质量积分变化,进行治疗效果评定。结果:观察组治疗后症状积分、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC)及第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)及血气分析均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医益肺灸法能有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺肾气虚型患者的肺功能、血气分析及临床症状,有效提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To observe effects of acupuncture and western medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods：60 cases were divided into the observation group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The observation group was treated by conventional western medicine treatment plus moxibustion on the Governor Vessel between Dazhui （GV 14） and Yaoyu （GV 2）. The control group was treated with simple western medicine. The therapeutic effects in two groups were compared with the changes of life quality scores, pulmonary function and blood gas analysis before and after treatment. Results：The symptom scores and some pulmonary function index such as forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity ratio （FEV1/FVC）, the percentage of force expiratory volume in one second in predicted value （FEV1%） and blood gas analysis after treatment were improved obviously than those before treatment in observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM acupuncture can improve pulmonary function, blood gas analysis and＆nbsp;clinical symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effectively.
