浅谈中医对亚健康状态的认识及防治对策

Recognition and preventing policies of sub-healthy state in TCM

随着亚健康状态人群的增多,亚健康状态越来越受到重视。本文从中医角度探讨了亚健康状态的病因病机及防治对策,重申了以"预防"为主的医学思想。

Based on the increasing of sub-health state population, sub-health state should be paid more attention. In this article, etiology, pathogenesis and controlling policies of sub-health state were analyzed from perspective of TCM. Medical thought of preventing policies was reaffirmed.
