郭会卿教授运用产后痹合剂治疗产后风湿病临床疗效总结

A review on treating postpartum rheumatism with the Chanhou Bihe prescription by Professor Guo Huiqing

目的：观察郭会卿教授运用产后痹合剂治疗产后风湿病的临床疗效。方法：58例产后风湿病患者运用产后痹合剂治疗，7d为1个疗程，连续治疗4～10个疗程，观察其治疗效果。结果：治愈6例，占10.34%；显效31例，占53.45%；有效17例，占29.31%；无效4例，占6.90%；总有效率为93.10%。结论：产后痹合剂对产后风湿病有较好的临床疗效。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Chanhou Bihe prescription on postpartum rheumatism. Methods：58 cases of postpartum rheumatism were treated with the Chanhou Bihe prescription. A course of treatment was 7 days. Treatment lasted for 4~10 courses. Clinical efficiency was observed. Results： 6 cases were cured, accounting for 10.34%. 31 cases were significantly effective, accounting for 53.45%. 17 cases were effective, accounting for 29.31%. 4 cases were invalid, accounting for 6.89%. The total efficiency was 93.10%. Conclusion：The Chanhou Bihe prescription was effective on postpartum rheumatism.
