复方薤白胶囊治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者临床疗效分析

A clinical effective analysis of treating bronchitis with the compound Xiebai capsules

目的:探讨运用复方薤白胶囊对慢性支气管炎急性发作期进行治疗所取得的临床效果。方法:选择2010年7月-2014年6月间曾在我院接受治疗的慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者106例,根据随机方法将这些患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组行常规西医方法进行治疗,观察组给予复方薤白胶囊治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.3%;对照组临床治疗总有效率为75.5%。观察两组患者临床症状消失时间,观察组短于对照组,差异具有显著性。结论:利用复方薤白胶囊对慢性支气管炎急性发作期进行治疗能够得到较理想的临床疗效,临床治疗有效率比较高,能够使患者的临床症状得到改善,提高其生存质量,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of the compound Xiebai capsules on bronchitis. Methods：From July 2010 to June 2014, 80 cases of bronchitis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group. The control group was given the conventional western medicine;the observed group was given the compound Xiebai capsules. The clinical efficiency in two groups was observed. Results：The total efficiency in the observed group was 94.3%;and it was 75.5%in the control group. In the observed group the disappearing time of clinical symptoms was lower than that in the control group. The difference was significant. Conclusion：The compound Xiebai capsules on bronchitis shows an obvious efficacy, with higher clinical total efficiency, can improve clinical symptoms, is worthy of promotion.
