中药溻渍Ⅰ号配合冷喷治疗急性湿疹270例

Treating 270 cases of acute eczema with the TCM medicine Tazi Ⅰ plus the cold spray therapy

目的:采用中药溻渍Ⅰ号配合冷喷治疗急性湿疹270例,进行临床观察。方法:将270例患者随机分为治疗组(150例)和对照组(120例),治疗组采用中药溻渍Ⅰ号湿敷于皮损处,对照组采用3%硼酸溶液湿敷于患处30min,然后均配合冷喷机对患处喷雾30min,2次/d。15d后进行临床观察。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,经x2检验,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药溻渍Ⅰ号配合冷喷治疗急性湿疹临床疗效突出,简单实用,适合临床推广。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the TCM medicine Tazi I plus the cold spray therapy on acute eczema. Methods：270 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （150 cases） and the control group （120 cases）;the treatment group was treated with the TCM medicine Tazi I;the control group was treated with 3%boric acid solution for 30min;then all the affected area were treated with cold spray therapy for 30min, 2 times per day. In 15 days, clinical efficacies in two groups were observed. Results：Clinical efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group;the difference between two groups was statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM medicine Tazi I plus the cold spray therapy was effective, simple and practical on acute eczema, and worthy of promotion.
