参芪益心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭临床应用研究

Clinical research on treating CHF with the Shenqi Yixin decoction

目的:观察研究参芪益心汤加减治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:随机抽取2012年8月-2013年9月于本院就诊的80名患者作为研究对象,并将他们随机分为治疗组和对照组各40人,对照组予以常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在此基础上予以参芪益心汤加减治疗。分别观察并记录两组患者治疗前后的临床症状和心功能指标。结果:两组患者治疗前心脏超声波指标比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后心脏超声波指标均得到改善,且差异显著(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的70.0%。结论:参芪益心汤加减治疗慢性心衰的临床效果明显。

Objective：To research clinica effects of the Shenqi Yixin decoction on chronic heart failure. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each group;the control group was treated by conventional treatment;the treatment group was treated with the Shenqi Yixin decoction. Clinical symptoms and cardiac function indexes were observed and recorded. Results： Ultrasound indicators of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05） before cardiac ultrasound;after cardiac, both have improved, and there is a significant difference （P〈0.05）;the efficiency of the treatment group （92.5%） was higher than the contronl group （70.0%）. Conclusion：The Shenqi Yixin decoction for chronic heart failure show obvious clinical effects and a good prospect.
