中医手法联合中药治疗45例肱骨小头骨折临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 45 cases of humeral head fractures in TCM

目的：观察中医手法配合中药治疗肱骨小头骨折的临床治疗效果。方法：选择45例肱骨小头骨折患者，采用中医手法配合中药对其进行复位和固定治疗，3～4周后拆除石膏和夹板，术后随访2年，根据随访结果研究中医手法配合中药治疗肱骨小头骨折的价值。结果：45例患者固定1个月后实现康复，术后随访两年发现，愈合良好43例，愈合一般1例，愈合较差1例，未发现畸形愈合。结论：采用中医手法配合中药方法治疗肱骨小头骨折虽然见效较慢，但不良反应少，并发症少，安全性高，临床效果显著，值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of TCM on humeral head fractures. Methods：45 cases of humeral head fractures were treated in TCM. In 3~4 weeks, plaster and splints were demolished. After the surgery, patients were followed up for 2 years. Based on the results of follow-up, the results of treating humeral head fractures in TCM was researched. Results：In 1 month following surgery, 45 cases were recovered. In 2 years following surgery, 40 cases were healed well;6 cases were healed generally;2 cases were healed poorly and no malunion. Conclusion： TCM for humeral head fractures effects a little slowly, but with few adverse reactions and complication, higher safety, is worthy of promotion.
