六君子汤加黄芪在胃病中的治疗作用分析

A clinical analysis of treating gastropathy with the Liu Junzi decoction plus Huangqi

目的:对六君子汤加黄芪在胃病中的治疗作用分析。方法:将我院2013年4月-2014年5月间收治的118例慢性胃炎患者分为观察组59例以及对照组59例,其中观察组采取六君子汤加黄芪进行治疗,对照组采取埃索美拉唑进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为94.92%,对照组的总有效率为79.66%,观察组的总有效率要明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取六君子汤加黄芪治疗胃病具有良好的治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective：To analyze clinical effects of the Liu Junzi decoction plus Huangqi on gastropathy. Methods：118 cases of gastropathy from April 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group for 59 cases and the control group for 59 cases. The observation group received the Liu Junzi decoction plus Huangqi. The control group received the Esomeprazole tablets. Clinical efficiency in two groups was compared. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 94.92%, better than 79.66%in the control group. Clinical efficacy in two groups showed clear difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Liu Junzi decoction plus Huangqi is effective on gastropathy, and worthy of promotion.
