半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:探析半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:将我院于2012年2月-2013年10月期间收治的60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组则给予半夏泻心汤治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,而对照组的治疗总有效率为53.33%,两组临床治疗效果的差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,不仅不良反应少、安全性高,还能提高治疗效果,改善患者的预后生活质量。

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：60 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis from February 2012 to October 2013 in our hopital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional treatment;the observation group received the Banxia Xiexin decoction. Clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results：The total efficiency in the observation group was 93.33%, while that in the control group was 53.33%. Clinical efficacy in two groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating chronic atrophic gastritis with the Banxia Xiexin decoction was effective, with few adverse reactions and high security, and could improve the quality of life.
