中西医结合治疗重症颅脑损伤并发肺部感染的临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating severe craniocerebral injury plus pulmonary infection in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨和分析中西医结合治疗重症颅脑损伤并发肺部感染的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年8月-2013年8月我院收治的120例重症颅脑损伤并发肺部感染患者,将其划分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用常规治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的治愈率明显高于对照组(83.3%VS 50%),P<0.05;治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(91.66%VS 66.67%),P<0.05。结论:运用中西医结合治疗重症颅脑损伤并发肺部感染,具有较好的临床疗效,能够有效改善患者的体温,使痰液变稀,神志变清醒,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate and analyze clinical effects of the integrative medicine on severe craniocerebral injury plus pulmonary infection. Methods：In our hospital from August 2013 to August 2012, 120 cases of severe craniocerebral injury plus pulmonary infection were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated in the integrative medicine. The control group were treated in conventional therapy. Clinical therapeutic effects in two groups was observed. Results： The efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （83.3%VS 50%）, P〈0.05. The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （91.66%VS 66.67%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion：The integrative medicine can effectively improve the temperature, can make mind clearly, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
