摘要
目的:分析研究中西医结合护理干预对手术后痔疮患者的影响。方法:取样分析行痔疮手术的患者120例,根据双盲法将其划分为两组,对照组60例患者采用常规护理,观察组60例患者在常规护理的基础上采用中药坐浴,并结合实施多方面的护理干预,比较两组患者的手术效果。结果:观察组疼痛评分(VAS)明显低于对照组,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔疮手术患者采用中西医结合护理干预方法,可有效改善患者的痔疮症状,提升手术治疗效果,应用效果显著。
Objective：To analyze clinical effects of integrative nursing intervention on hemorrhoids surgery. Methods：120 patients after hemorrhoids surgery were divided into two groups by double-blind method. 60 cases in the control group received conventional nursing. 60 cases in the observation group received TCM medicine bath method and comprehensive nursing more. Clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results： VAS score in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group too. Conclusion：Integrative nursing intervention was effective on hemorrhoids surgery.
