自制温胃贴联合腹部艾灸治疗腰痛病患者胃脘痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating epigastric pain in patients with low back pain with the Wenwei sticker and abdominal moxibustion

目的:观察自制温胃贴进行穴位贴敷加艾灸治疗腰痛病人胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法:将102例患者随机分为治疗组56例,对照组46例。对照组口服奥美拉唑片、雷尼替丁胶囊等治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加自制温胃贴进行穴位贴敷加艾灸治疗。观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自制温胃贴进行穴位贴敷加艾灸治疗腰痛病人胃脘痛操作简便,疗效确切。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of the Wenwei sticker and moxibustion on epigastric pain in patients with low back pain. Methods：102 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group （56 cases） and the control group （46 cases）. The control group received omeprazole tablets and ranitidine capsules. The other group received the Wenwei sticker and moxibustion more. Efficacy in two groups was observed. Results：The total efficiency in the treatment group was better （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Treating epigastric pain in patients with low back pain with the Wenwei sticker and moxibustion showed good efficacy.
