中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎概况

A review on treating chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM

慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)是临床常见病、多发病,其易伴发肠上皮化生及不典型增生,与胃癌的发生有着密切的关系,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,中医药辨治CAG取得了一定进展,显现出一定的优势。本文从病因病机、辨证论治、专方治疗、中医外治、中西医结合治疗多方面对CAG的治疗现状进行论述。

Chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） was a clinical multiple, common diseases; it was easily associated with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, and showed a close relationship with gastric cancer, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. In recent years, TCM had made some progress in terms of treating CAG, and showed a certain advantage. In this article, treating chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM in terms of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, special party treatment, TCM external therapy, the integrative medicine, etc. was reviewed.
