摘要
以模拟染料废水活性黄XR为研究对象,考察了初始浓度、吸附时间、初始p H值和微波改性对玉米芯的吸附性能的影响,旨在寻找一种经济高效的快速预处理方法。结果表明,玉米芯颗粒对模拟废水中的活性黄XR有较好的吸附性能:室温条件下,玉米芯颗粒投加量为20 g/L,初始p H为6时预处理初始浓度300 mg/L的模拟活性黄XR废水,去除率可达80%以上;微波改性可进一步提高玉米芯颗粒对活性黄XR的吸附能力,玉米芯改性前后的等温吸附方程符合Langmuir吸附等温曲线。
Taking reactive yellow XR in simulated dye wastewater as the removal object,the adsorptive performance of modified corncob influenced by initial dye concentration,adsorption time,initial pH and microwave modification were evaluated. Results showed that corncob granules had a good adsorption property on reactive yellow XR in simulated dye wastewater. Under the condition of room temperature,corncob granules dosage of 2 g in 100 m L wastewater,pH = 6,initial dye concentration of 300 mg / L,the removal rate of reactive yellow XR reached over 80%; microwave modification can further improve the adsorption capacity of corncob granules on the reactive yellow XR. The isothermal adsorption equation of corncob accorded with Langmuir adsorption isothermal curve well.
