摘要
介绍了湿式电除尘器性能与污染控制特点,采用超低浓度检测技术对工程案例开展了多种污染物控制性能的试验研究,对国产自主技术湿式电除尘器的环保与技术性能进行了综合评价,对应用经验进行了总结与分析。试验表明:湿式电除尘器对颗粒物、微细颗粒物PM2.5、三氧化硫与浆液滴有较好净化能力,对石膏雨控制有较好效果,具有国外同类产品相似的环保性能,是燃煤烟气超净排放控制的重要设施。
Wet electrostatic precipitation( WESP) can be used to control coal-fired flue gas emission in power plants. This paper described the technical and environmental performance of WESP, studied the emission multi-pollutant control performance of WESP on project using ultra-low concentration detection technology,evaluated the environmental and technical performance of WESP made by domestic independent technology,summarized and analyzed the application experience. The WESP had better purification capacity for particulate matter,fine particulate matter PM2. 5,sulfur trioxide( acid mists),slurry drops,and gypsum-containing rainout control. The environmental performance of WESP was similar to imported products.WESP is an important facility of clean emission control for coal-fired flue gas.
