血清游离脂肪酸与强直性脊柱炎的相关性分析 被引量:1

The correlation analysis between serum free fatty acid and ankylosing spondylitis

摘要 目的探讨血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)与强直性脊柱炎(AS)的相关性。方法纳入86例初诊为AS的患者和114例健康对照人群,检测两组的血清生物化学、免疫学、血液常规以及血清FFA等指标。结果 AS组的血清FFA水平显著高于健康对照人群(P<0.01)。在AS患者中,血清FFA水平和与C-反应蛋白(CRP)(r=0.490,P=0.002)和红细胞沉降率(ESR)(r=0.456,P=0.004)呈正相关,并且,血清FFA水平与BASDAI评分和血清球蛋白G(IgG)水平呈正相关(r=0.538,P<0.01;r=0.740,P<0.01)。在健康对照,血清FFA与CRP、ESR以及血清IgG无相关性。结论血清FFA水平与AS患者CRP、ESR、血清IgG以及BASDAI评分呈正相关,血清FFA可能作为反映AS活动性潜在的实验室指标。 Objective To discuss the correlation between Serum free fatty acid( FFA) and ankylosing spondylitis( AS). Methods According to then criteria,86 cases of newly diagnosed AS patients and 114 healthy controls were included in this study. Serum biochemistry,immunology,blood routine and serum FFA were detected. Results The comparison for the basic information of AS patients and healthy controls showed that AS patients with significantly higher serum FFA levels compared with healthy control group( P〈0. 01). For AS patients,there were positive correlation between serum FFA and C- reactive protein( CRP)( r = 0. 490,P = 0. 002),Erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR)( r = 0. 456,P= 0. 456). In addition,the positive correlation between level of serum FFA and BASDAI score,serum Ig G levels were found( r = 0. 538,P〈0. 01 and r = 0. 740,P〈0. 01) in AS patients. The serum FFA between and CRP,ESR,BASDAI score,serum Ig G also presented positively correlation when all of individuals were stratified by gender. On the contrary,serum FFA levels is not relevant with age,CRP,ESR and serum Ig G in healthy control group. Conclusion Serum FFA is relevant with CRP,ESR,BASDAI score,serum Ig G in patients with AS. Serum FFA may reflect activity as a potential laboratory indexes AS.
