miR-221表达与甲状腺乳头状癌临床病理分期关系研究

The expression of miR- 221 in thyroid tumor and its relationship with clincopathological characteristics

目的探讨miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用逆转录PCR方法检测miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌组织以及在正常甲状腺组织样本中的表达,并分析miRNA-221的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的临床病理特征的相关性。结果 miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达明显高于正常甲状腺组织(P<0.05),miRNA-221的表达水平与甲状腺乳头状癌组织的病理分级具有显著相关性(r=0.823,P<0.05)。结论miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中表达较高,且与甲状腺乳头状癌组织病理分级有相关性,miRNA-221在甲状腺乳头状癌的发生与发展有重要作用。

Objective To explore the miRNA- 221 expression in thyroid neoplasms and its clinical pathological features. Methods Rt- PCR method was used to show the miRNA- 221 in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues as well as the expression in normal thyroid tissue samples,and analyze the expression of miRNA- 221 and the correlation of clinical pathological features of thyroid papillary carcinoma. Results The results showed that the miRNA- 221 expression in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue is significantly higher than normal thyroid tissue（ P 0. 05）. The miRNA- 221 expression level was significantly associated with thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue pathology classification（ r = 0. 823,P 0. 05）.Conclusion The miRNA- 221 showed high expression in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues. The expression has correlation with thyroid papillary carcinoma tissue pathology classification,which suggests that the miRNA- 221 play an important role in the occurrence and development of thyroid papillary carcinoma.
