摘要
我国自20世纪70年代开展人工髋关节置换以来,为大量患者解除了病痛,改善了生活质量。但是,随着时间的推移,人工髋关节不可避免地出现了诸如松动、下沉、位移及骨溶解等并发症,其中有部分患者须行翻修术以恢复关节功能。同时随着人工关节置换术后生存期延长,晚期关节置换失败日益突出。
With the advent of an aging society, geriatric hip fracture and the incidence of age-related osteoarthritis are increasing year by year. Artificial hip replacement is considered to be effective to relieved pain and improve the quality of life. However, complications such as loosening, sinking, dislocation and osteolysis occur and revision procedures are needed to restore joint functions. Anti osteoporosis treatment, inhibiting osteolysis and promoting bone regeneration, matches the prevention and control of the mechanism of complications mentioned above.
