肿瘤医院护士自我效能与科研能力的相关研究

Correlation study between self-efficacy and research capabilities among tumor hospital nurses

目的了解肿瘤医院护士自我效能感与科研能力现状并探讨其相关性。方法采用自我效能感和科研能力测评量表对肿瘤医院640名临床一线护士进行调查。结果肿瘤医院护士自我效能感总分为(2.82±0.59)分,科研能力总分为(57.26±19.64)分;肿瘤医院护士自我效能感评分与科研能力总分及各维度评分均呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论肿瘤医院护士的自我效能感与科研能力处于较低的水平,二者呈正相关。护理管理者应着重培养护士的自我效能感,提高其科研能力。

Objective To understand the status of self - efficacy and research capabilities of nurses in tumor hospital and their correlation. Methods To- tally ,640 nurses in tumor hospital were selected and investigated using general self - efficacy and research capabilities scale. Results Scores of nurses＇self - ef- ficacy and research capabilities were （2.82 ±0.59 ） and （57.26± 19.64） , there existed positive correlation between nurses＇self - efficacy and research capabilities （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Self - efficacy and scientific research capabilities among tumor hospital nurses are both at low levels, and they have positive correlation. Care managers should emphasize on nurses＇self efficacy to improve their research abilities.
