摘要 目的了解新护士的自我效能感和焦虑状况,并分析二者之间的相关性,为解决新入职护士焦虑状况,采取针对性干预措施提供依据。方法应用一般自我效能感量表和焦虑自评量表对250名新护士进行自我效能感和焦虑状况调查。结果新护士一般自我效能感得分为(2.30±0.17)分,低于国内成人常模(P<0.01),不同学历、是否独生子女、家人支持从事本专业、自我感觉科室关系、脱离行业的想法的新护士自我效能感得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。新护士焦虑得分为(55.80±8.32)分,高于国内女性常模(P<0.01)。焦虑与自我效能感呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论新护士自我效能感低,严重影响其焦虑水平,提高自我效能感可以在一定程度降低其临床焦虑水平。 Objective To investigate the status of self - efficacy and anxiety of novice nurses and their relationship, so as to provide basis on solving novice nurses" anxiety. Methods A total of 250 novice nurses were recruited and surveyed with general self - efficacy scale and self - rating anxiety scale. Results The average score of novice nurses'self - efficacy was (2.30 ± 0.17 ). Nurses with different education backgrounds, family support, self - feeling harmonization of de- partments and having thoughts of leaving nursing had different senses of self - efficacy ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Their score of anxiety was ( 55.80 ± 8.32 ) , which was higher than the national norm of women( P 〈 0.01 ). There existed negative correlation between novice nurses'selfefficacy and anxiety( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The level of novice nurses'self - efficacy is low and influences their status of anxiety, improving their self - efficacy feeling can reduce their anxiety in certain degree.
