精细化管理在手术病理组织标本流程管理中的作用

The function of fine management in the management of surgical pathological specimens

目的探讨精细化管理在手术病理组织标本流程管理中的作用。方法对精细化管理在手术病理组织标本流程使用并评价效果。结果应用精细化管理在手术病理组织标本流程后表单书写的合格率、手术病理组织标本保管效果合格率、标本送检的合格率等均得到了提高(P<0.01);失误送检率降低(P<0.01)。结论精细化管理促进了护理人员及送检人员的责任心,降低了缺陷发生率,提高了工作效率及护理工作质量。

Objective To explore the fine management in the management of surgical pathological specimens. Methods The nursing quality management group modified the process of the management of surgical pathological specimens and those surgical pathological specimens were divided into observation group and control group. Results the management forms of pathological specimens, pathology bag, registration form, registration form about supporting system, the rate of error delivering in supporting system. Conclusion The fine management provoked the responsibility of the nursing person and supporting workers, reduced the incidence of error deliverine, and imorove workinz efficiency, and imnroved the aualitv of nursing work.
