摘要 目的建立仿生提取-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(仿生提取-ICP-OES法)测定柏子养心片中可溶性重金属元素含量。方法采用人工胃液模拟的方法对柏子养心片中可溶重金属进行提取,通过建立ICP-OES方法对25批柏子养心片中的可溶性重金属含量进行检测。结果建立了新的检测方法,测定10种元素,分别是:Co、Cr、Cu、Ba、Cd、Mn、Ni、Pb、Sr、Zn。研究的25批次柏子养心片中Cd、Pb、Cu、Cr 4种可溶性重金属的含量均较低,均未超出行业的标准。结论仿生提取-ICP-OES法能同时进行多个元素测定,操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,适于对柏子养心片可溶性重金属含量的检测。 Objective To establish a bionic extraction inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(bionics extraction-ICP-OES) method to determine soluble heavy metals in Baizi Yangxin tablets. Methods Totally 25 batches of Baizi Yangxin tablets were pretreated by bionics extraction and the contents of soluble heavy metals determinated by ICP-OES. Results A new detection method was established to test 10 elements: Co, Cr, Cu, Ba, Cd, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr and Zn. The content of 4 soluble heavy metals such as Cd, Pb, Cu and Cr was low, but did not exceed the industry standard. Conclusion Bionic extraction-ICP-OES can simultaneously determinate multiple elements. The method shows easy operation, high sensitivity, and good reproducibility.
