摘要
黄河下游淤背固堤工程的输沙距离大部分较远,需要进行多次接力。针对如何科学确定接力泵级数和接力泵间距离的问题,通过对输沙管道的布设和泥沙输送方式的研究,提出了管道布设的要求和泥沙输送的方式;在对影响接力泵级数和各接力泵站间距离的主要因素分析的基础上,建立了管道扬程和在两级接力、多级接力情况下接力泵间距离的计算公式,确定了接力泵级数和各接力泵站间距离。实例分析表明:利用所建立的计算公式能够科学合理地确定接力泵的级数和各级的具体位置,提高了设备利用率,降低了设备使用台班,节约了施工成本,提高了管理效率,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Sediment transportation distance in dyke strengthening by warping on lower reaches of the Yellow River is mostly remote. Multiple relays are required. Requirements on pipeline layout and sediment transportation mode are proposed through studying sediment transportation pipeline layout and sediment transportation mode aiming at how to scientifically determine relay pump series and distance among relay pumps. Main factors affecting relay pump series and distance among relay pumps are analyzed. On the basis, pipeline head and calculation formula of distance among relay pumps under the condition of two-level relay and multi-level replay are established. Relay pump series and distance among relay pumps are determined. Example analysis shows that relay pump series and concrete positions of all series are scientifically and rationally determined through utilizing the established calcu|ation formula. Utilization rate of equipment is improved, equipment application shifts are reduced, construction cost is saved, efficiency of management is improved, and obvious economic benefits and social benefits are obtained.
