摘要
QC小组成员针对瓯飞一期工程船舶抛填比例低的问题,设立目标值。灵活运用QC工具找出问题症结,用因果关系图透彻分析原因,合理选用PDCA预案及优选法,最终提高了海堤石方工程中船舶抛填的比例,完成了目标值。
QC team members set up target value aiming at problem of low ship dump filling ratio in Oufei stage 1 projech QC tools are tlexibly utilized for discovering problems. Causes are analyzed thoroughly by causality diagram. PDCA plan and optimum seeking method are rationally selected for finally improving ship dump filling ratio in seawall stonework project, and the targeted values are completed.
