水利工程中混凝土结构裂缝治理技术研究

Research on concrete structure crack control technology in water conservancy project

在水利工程建设中,混凝土是一种最普通、应用最广泛的建筑材料,然而,随着混凝土在水利工程中的大量应用,在其服役年限内,所暴露出来的问题也越来越明显,其中最为引人注意的就是水利工程中混凝土结构出现的裂缝问题。在施工及使用过程中各种各样的因素都会引起混凝土结构产生裂缝,裂缝不断扩展就会危及整个结构的安全使用性。本文通过系统分析水利工程中混凝土结构裂缝的基本理论、产生机理和影响因素,提出了裂缝的处理方法及避免类似结构裂缝产生的预防措施。

Concrete is one of the most common and most widely used construction material in water conservancy project construction. However, more and more prominent problems are exposed during its service period with massive application of concrete in water conservancy project. Crack in concrete structure in water conservancy project is the most notable problem. Concrete structure can produce cracks due to various factors in the construction and using process. Safe usability of the whole structure can be endangered by the continuous expansion of cracks. In the paper, crack treatment methods and preventive measures of avoiding similar structure cracks are proposed through systematically analyzing basic theory, production mechanism and influencing factors of concrete structure cracks in water conservancy project.
