水电站开挖施工阶段常见安全隐患排查浅议

Discussion on common safety hidden danger checking during excavation construction stage of hydropower station

本文从人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态、环境因素和管理缺陷四个方面,对水电站建设过程中容易发生群死群伤事故的开挖施工阶段常见的事故隐患进行了归纳分析,同时从监理角度探讨了开展隐患排查治理工作的方法。

Group death and group injury accidents can be easily produced in excavation construction stage during hydropower station construction process. Common accident hidden danger in the stage is concluded and analyzed from four aspects of worker unsafe behavior, object unsafe state, environmental factors and management defects. Meanwhile, methods of implementing hidden danger checking governance work is discussed from the perspective of supervisor.
