日照水库溢洪闸应力监测分析系统开发与应用

摘要 为了便于日照水库溢洪闸钢筋应力和混凝土应变监测分析,在选定初始电阻比、初始温度这两项基准值的基础上,结合仪器生产厂家所附卡片给出的其他各项参数,利用Excel表格的数字运算、分析和图表功能,进行了应力计算简易程序开发,实现了钢筋、混凝土应力的自动计算、自动生成图表,避免了人工计算误差,节省了人工绘图时间,提高了绘图质量和整编分析水平,有助于实现资料的初步分析,在同行业有一定参考借鉴或推广应用价值。 Two basic benchmark values of initial resistance ratio and initial temperature are selected. On the basis, other parameters given by the attached card of instrument manufacturers are combined. Digital calculation, analysis and graphics functions of Excel spreadsheet are utilized for developing stress calculation simple procedure, automatic calculation and automatic diagram formation of steel bar and concrete stress are realized in order to facilitate monitoring and analysis of spillway gate steel bar stress and concrete strain in Rizhao Reservoir. Artificial calculation error is avoided, manual drawing time is saved, mapping quality and reorganization analysis level are improved, which are beneficial for realizing primary analysis of data. It has certain reference or promotion application value in the industry.
