摘要
对T6515塔机有限元模型进行简化,确定4种危险工况,运用ANSYS有限元软件的APDL建立了T6515塔机有限元模型,进行整机结构静力分析,并对样机进行应力测试。试验数据与有限元数据吻合度较好,偏差较小,验证了有限元分析结果;同时,验证了ANSYS有限元建模方法的可行性,为同系列产品的开发提供参考依据。
This paper simplified the structure of T6515 tower crane and found out four most dangerous working conditions.The finite element structural model of T6515 tower crane was built by ANS YS software APDL to make a static structural analysis.The stress of T6515 tower crane proto was tested to verify the result of the static structural analysis and it turned out very well.The test data tallied with that of static structural analysis.Meanwhile,it verified the feasibility of the way through building finite element structural model in ANSYS software and provided reliable reference for developing new series product.
