梅尼埃病诊疗新进展

Advances in diagnosis and treatment of Meniere′s disease

梅尼埃病(Ménières disease,MD)是耳科的一种常见病,以膜迷路积水为基本病理基础,临床特征为间歇发作性眩晕、波动性感音神经性听力损失、耳鸣和耳胀满感等。随着对该病的不断深入探索,MD的诊断及治疗等方面取得了一系列研究进展,本文就最近几年的相关文献及研究报道进行综述。

Summary Meniere＇s disease （MD）, a kind of common disease of otology, is based on the endolymphatic hydrops. The clinical features of MD are intermittent episodes of vertigo, fluctuating sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus and ear fullness. With the in-depth exploration of the disease, the diagnosis and treatment of MD has made a series of research results. In this paper, the related literature and research reports in recent years were reviewed.
