山东抗日民主政权,是在中国共产党领导的八路军115师和山东纵队创建的山东抗日根据地建立起来的。其主要历史贡献有:独立自主,建立统一战线的抗日民主政权;加强廉政建设,赢得群众拥护;建立法治政府,坚持依法施政;发展经济,加强财政金融建设;坚持群众路线,维护群众利益;发展教育事业,繁荣文化艺术。山东抗日民主政权的基本经验主要有:坚定不移地贯彻执行了抗日战争时期中国共产党的路线、方针、政策;紧紧地依靠人民群众,得到了群众衷心的拥护;有一个有知识、有水平,发扬民主、团结共事的领导集体;始终坚持依法施政的理念,为依法治国积累了经验。

The Anti-Japanese democratic government of Shandong was founded in Shandong Anti-Japanese Bases had con- strutted by the Eight Route Army 115 Division and Shandong Column led by CPC.Its main historical contributions are：founding united front Anti-Japanese democratic government independently;gaining support from masses by constructing clean government; establishing government ruled by law and upholding the law;developing economy and strengthen financial construction;adhering to mass line and safeguarding the interests of the masses;developing education and prosperous culture and art.Its basic experiences are：unswervingly carrying out the Party＇s line,principles and policies;closely relying on masses and getting their heartfelt support; having a knowledgeable,competent, democratic and united leadership;adhering to law and accumulating experiences for govern- ment operation.
