Empirical Analysis of Export Quality Demonstration Areas Based on a Questionnaire Survey and the Suggestions

在对苏州、常熟、昆山、太仓、常州、江阴六个地方示范区内企业进行问卷调查的基础上,对调查问卷进行实证研究分析,对出口质量安全示范区建设的建议:地方政府层面:纳入政府考核,加强示范区政策落实;保护知识产权,加强执法打假力度;提供产品推介平台,展示企业形象;构建统一平台,加大示范区宣传力度;制定应急预案,加强示范区危机处置;扶持民营企业,支持示范区技术创新工作。出口企业层面:充分利用示范区公共技术服务平台提供各种机会,向其他优秀的示范区企业学习成功管理经验,补充自身质量检测薄弱环节,加强与示范区内配套企业合作;充分利用区域原产地优惠来应对国际市场疲软状况,改变原来过度依靠美日欧等发达国家市场,积极开拓新兴国家市场。

Suggestions for constructing export quality safety demonstration areas are proposed based on an analysis of a questionnaire sur- vey of six demonstration areas in Suzhou, Changshu, Kunshan, Taicang, Changzhou, Jiangyin. At the local government level, the construc- tion should be included in the performance evaluation index and the implementation of support policies for demonstrations should be strengthened. A unified platform should be built for enhancing publicity of the areas. Contingency plans should be formulated for control- ling crisis of the areas. ＇Local governments should support the development of private enterprises and technology innovation in the areas. The exporters should make full use of the technology service platform shared by the areas to learn from success management stories of en- terprises in the areas, make up for their own weaknesses in quality detection and intensify cooperation with supporting enterprises in the areas. They should cope with the sluggishness of the international market by taking advantage of the preference for country of origin, cut down their excessive dependence on the market of developed countries and explore the market in emerging countries.
