目前,我国的智能手机市场为垄断竞争市场,竞争程度高,资源配置较为合理,有利于手机行业的进一步发展。外资品牌苹果、三星领占中高端市场,他们针对自己的客户群体,不断推出高品质的产品。而国内的本土品牌则占据低端市场,细化服务,满足客户需求。厂商应加快健全售卖体系,加大直销力度,树立品牌意识,增强科技创新能力,生产适销对路的产品,巧妙宣传,改善售后维修平台,贴合政府出台相关政策,实现农村购机资金补贴。
At present, China's smart phone market is a monopolistic competitive market with high competition degree and rational alloca- tion of resources, conductive to the development of the mobile phone industry. Foreign brands such as Apple and Samsung hold the middle and high-end market. They are constantly releasing high quality products focusing on target customers. At the same time, local brands at home occupy the low-end market and offer a refined service to meet customer demand. Manufacturers should improve the sale system, in- crease direct sales and intensify brand awareness. They should enhance the ability of technology innovation and produce marketable prod- ucts with proper advertisement. They should also improve the after-sales maintenance platform and take advantage of relevant governmen- tal policies for purchase subsidy in rural areas.
