低碳视角下关中-天水经济区环境金融的实现路径

Realization Path of Environmental Finance in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone from the Perspective of Low Carbon

关中—天水经济区低碳经济具有自身的融资特点,环境金融应是与低碳经济相适应的金融发展方式。构建环境金融体系,需要建立引导资金投入低碳经济的综合机制,调整信贷投向,加快环境金融产品创新,发展碳汇功能区,构建区域碳金融交易平台,借助股权投资基金,在产融结合等方面做出努力。

Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone has its own characteristics in financing. Environmental lmance is a financial development pattern that could adapt to the growth of low carbon economy. To build a system of environmental finance, suggestions are proposed, in- cluding building a comprehensive system for increasing investment in low carbon economy, adjusting credit and loan orientation, speeding up the financial product innovation, developing functional zone of carbon sinks, establishing a regional transaction platform for carbon fi- nance, and striving to integrate the industry and finance with the help of private equity fund.
