核壳磁性氧化铝球的制备及其性能研究

摘要 采用油柱成型法合成了以针状α-Fe2O3为磁核,氧化硅为中间层,氧化铝为壳层的磁性微球;并通过控制不同的还原温度,获得了两种不同比饱和磁化强度的磁性微球,其中Fe3O4/SiO2/γ-Al2O3为15.1 emu/g,Fe/SiO2/γ-Al2O3为26 emu/g,且磁性球的表面光滑,粒径分布为80~300 μm. Magnetic alumina composite spheres with α-Fe2O3 core/SiO2 medium Al2O3 shell structure were prepared by the oil column method. The results showed that the specific saturation intensition of magnetization of Fe3 O4/SiO2/γ-Al2O3 and Fe/SiO2 γ-Al2O3 magnetic composite spheres with smooth surface prepared after reduction at different temperatures were 15.1 emu/g and 26 emu/g, respectively. The distribution of particle size was in the range of 80-300μm.
