摘要
以对苯二胺、氯乙酰氯和长链N,N-二甲基烷基胺(n=12,14,16)为原料,经两步反应,合成一系列苯胺类表面活性剂(a,b,c)。通过单因素试验,确定合成目标产物较佳工艺条件为:反应温度80℃,反应时间7h,中间体二氯乙酰基对苯二胺与长链N,N-二甲基烷基胺反应物质的量比为1∶2.5。利用IR,1 H NMR和13C NMR对产品进行结构表征。用电导率法测得苯胺类表面活性剂a,b,c的CMC值分别为9.56×10-4 mol/L,1.77×10-4 mol/L,1.19×10-4 mol/L。
A series of aniline surfactants (a, b, c) were synthesized with para-phenylene, chloroacetyl chlo- ride, N, N-dimethylalkyl amine (n= 12,14,16) by two-steps reaction. The optimum reaction conditions of the target products were determined by single factor experiments. The reaction temperature was 80℃, the reaction time was 7 h, and the mole ratio of intermediate N, NP-(1,4-phenylene) his (2-chloroacetamide) and N, N-dimethylalkyl amine was 1 : 2.5. The products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and ^13C NMR. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of aniline surfactants (a, b, c) are 9.56× 10^- 4 mol/L, 1.77 × 10^- 4 mol/L, 1.19× 10^- 4 mol/L by electrical conductivity measurement respectively.
