摘要
文中工作的开展为解决中国光伏发电规模化接入的技术难题,掌握各类型电力电子接口的新能源发电装置检测技术,促进新能源发电装置设计水平,具有极大的意义。根据高海拔地区光伏电站的实际需求,笔者提出了一种采用电网模拟器作为扰动和高电压扰动源,同时实现频扰和高电压扰动等功能,可满足35 kV和10 kV的电压等级的检测要求。笔者设计的高海拔电网适应性移动检测系统,应用于4 000 m以下高海拔大中型光伏电站的移动检测,满足容量1.5 MW及以下光伏电站单元检测的要求,能够模拟电网稳态时的电压和频率扰动,检测光伏电站适应电网扰动的能力。该系统在青海海南州共和县黄河水电200 MW光伏电站开展了电网故障现场测试实验,验证了移动检测平台具有实际应用价值。
The work of this paper has great significance to solve the technology problem of photovohaic scale access in our country, to master all kinds of power electronic interface of new energy power generation device detection technology, and to promote new energy power generation device design level. According to the actual demand for high altitude photovoltaic power station, this paper proposes a power system simulator as a disturbance and a high voltage source, and to achieve frequency interference and disturbance of high voltage, and other functions, can satisfy the 35 kV and 10 kV voltage class testing requirements. Meanwhile, the designed high altitude grid adaptive mobile inspection system up to 4 000 m high altitude of large and medium-sized mobile test of photovohaic power station can meet capacity of 1.5 MW and the requirements of the photovoltaic power station unit; it also can simulate the voltage and frequency of the power grid when the steady state disturbance and can detect photovoltaic power station's ability to adapt to the disturbance. The system is used in Qinghai 200 MW photovohaic power station of the Yellow River water and tested on site during grid fault. It shows that the mobile detection platform has practical application value.
