摘要
针对微网运行期间不同受益群体追求的目标不同,提出在传统微网经济调度模型中加入描述电力系统可靠性水平的期望失负荷指标,建立含3种受益群体的微网经济调度模型。首先给出了基于热电联产的微网结构。之后,提出运用层次分析法建立考虑经济因素、可靠性因素和环境因素的以微网日运行成本最低为目标函数的微网经济模型。最后,结合粒子群优化算法和典型调度策略在MATLAB环境下对上述模型进行求解。算例结果表明该模型能够在满足不同群体要求的基础上达到经济最优,实现经济调度,验证了模型的科学性、真实性和有效性。
In order to suit different purposes of different clients, the expected lose load index which represents the reliability step of power system has been added to the traditional microgrid economic dispatching model,thus a new one concerning about three specific types of beneficiary had been completed. Here are the processes:Firstly, the research about the structure of microgrid was based on cogeneration of heat and power. Then,AHP has been proposed and used to build the object function,aiming at cutting the daily costs of microgrid,which reconciling economic factor,reliability factor and environment factor at the same time.At last,the model has been tested on MATLAB,coordinated with PSO and classical dispatching strategy. The result is successful and proves that this model is able to satisfy the different target clients requirements. What is more, it is the best certification for the research' s scientificity, authenticity and efficiency.
