摘要
为实现特高压交直流输电所用连接金具的小型化和轻型化,建立完整的基于强度的连接金具设计方法至关重要。针对连接金具的使用特点及传统设计方法存在的不足,以U型挂环为研究对象,提出了系统的基于强度的连接金具设计方法。参考国家标准和U型挂环的使用特点,提出了制造U型挂环材料的选择原则:不仅强度要高,最重要是韧性要好。根据所提材料选择原则和国家标准,选用合金钢12Cr Ni3作为制造U型挂环的材料,通过有限元仿真证明了材料选择原则的正确性。结合国家标准和工程经验控制设计余量。按照国家标准对按所提方法设计的U型挂环进行试验,并和传统金具进行比较,结果表明由所提方法设计的U型挂环在保证强度的同时,体积和重量明显减少,大大减少了运输和安装成本。所提方法为特高压交直流输电所用大吨位金具的设计提供了重要参考。
The design method for connection fitting based on intensity is very important for miniaturization and lighting of connection fitting used in UHVAC & HVDC transmission projects. Considering the characteristics of connection fitting and disadvantages of traditional design method, taking U-ring as an example, a systemic design method for connection fitting based on intensity is developed. According to national standard and the characteristics of U-ring, the selection principle of material that is used for U-ring is presented. The intensity is demanded to be high and the most important that good toughness is needed. Based on this selection principle of material and national standard, 12CrNi3 is used for U-ring, the selection principle is proved to be correct through FEM. In accordance with national standard and experience in project ,the design margin is controlled. The U-rings designed by the method are developed and tested in term of national standard, the result shows that the U-rings not only retain the intensity, but also debase the volume and weight greatly. The cost of transportation and installation is reduced greatly. This method provides an important reference for the design of big tonnage fittings in UHVAC & HVDC transmission projects.
