基于IEC 61850文件服务的局部放电谱图文件格式探讨

Discussion of Format of Partial Discharge Pattern File Based on IEC 61850 File Service Protocol

分析了现有在线监测局放谱图格式现状。为更好地提高状态监测系统无缝融合,提高不同厂商局放监测IED与局放监测系统的互换性,文中在借鉴继电保护装置故障简报及录波文件传输规范基础上,对现有IEC 61850文件服务的局放谱图文件格式提出改进方案。对COMTRADE文件格式进行扩展,提出局部放电PRPD、PRPS二维和三维谱图格式,以及局部放电原始数据、趋势统计格式。通过实际工程使用,实现了不同厂商局放监测IED在不同监测后台上的图谱展示和数据分析,避免了因为文件格式定义差异而带来的互操作问题,提高了系统集成效率,具备很好的工程应用价值。

Current online partial discharge （PD） pattern interchangeability requirement of monitoring IEDs and online promote the seamless interface of condition monitoring system, file format is analyzed. In order to improve the monitoring systems from different suppliers and to this paper proposes a PD pattern file format based on IEC 61850 file services. With extension of the COMTRADE file format, PRPD pattern, PRPS pattern, trend analysis format and PD statistics format are respectively defined. PD monitoring IEDs with this file format from different suppliers can work with the same host server （or main IED）. implement the interchangeability of the online monitoring system, and thus Application of this file format could improve the engineering efficiency.
