某电厂吹灰优化系统性能试验研究

摘要 基于机组在线监测参数、直接或间接地诊断炉内各受热面积灰结渣的在线监测诊断技术,采用试验的方法,对某电厂300MW机组自然循环锅炉各对流受热面进行优化吹灰试验研究。研究表明:采用优化吹灰系统后,可以明显降低吹灰蒸汽耗量和排烟温度,汽温的波动范围也明显减小,机组经济运行效率明显提高。 Based on on-line monitoring parameter,directly or indirectly diagnosis deposited each heating surface slagging in furnace on-line monitoring and diagnosis technology.Adopt the method of testing for a certain power plant 300 MW natural circulation boiler convection heating surface by optimized experimental study blowing.Research shows that:the optimization of blowing system,can obviously reduce the blowing steam consumption and the exhaust temperature,steam temperature range is also significantly reduced,economic operation has improved significantly.Please enter the text to be translated
