双低技术在盆腔数字化三维动脉血管网的构建和应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨低管电压和低浓度对比剂技术在盆腔血管网构建中的可行性。方法 :将80例进行盆腔CT检查的患者按不同扫描方案分为两组,Ⅰ组(双低组):40例采用100 k V,350 m A,威视派克270 mg/m L,自适应统计迭代重建算法(ASIR);Ⅱ组(对照组):40例使用120 k V、350 m A,碘海醇350 mg/m L,滤波反投影重建算法(FBP),使用宝石能谱CT扫描并进行3DCTA重建。对照观察两组病例盆腔动脉网显影情况,重点测量双侧髂总、髂内、髂外、子宫动脉CT值,比较图像噪声、对比噪声比(CNR)、信噪比(SNR)、容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)并计算有效剂量(ED),进行统计学分析。结果:两组图像均可满意构建盆腔三维动脉血管网,双低组各支血管CT值均稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。双低组中CTDIvol、DLP及ED均明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :双低技术结合适当的迭代重建可满意的构建盆腔数字化三维动脉血管网的图像,同时大幅降低了X线辐射剂量,减少对患者的危害。
